1. Copies of documents and transcripts can be obtained from the Records Section. The following costs apply:

2. To request/obtain copies email or phone the Records Section on (08) 9420 4483. Alternatively, you can fax your request to the Commission on Fax number (08) 9420 4500.
3. Transcripts/Decisions can be emailed to a Company, Union, Law firm etc if the organization has an account with the Commission.
4. Other Information requests will need to be collected from the Commission, or posted (for interstate customers).
5. Some files are available for viewing; requests can be forwarded to the Records section via email.
