The General Order issued by the Commission in Court Session dated 5 June 2003 in Appl 569 of 2003 was varied by the Commission in Court Session in Appl 1197 of 2003 insofar as it related to the setting of a minimum weekly wage rate in Awards for apprentices 21 years of age or over.
