Notice is given by the Commissions Own Motion pursuant to section 47(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) to cancel the following awards:

• Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry (Construction and Servicing) Award No. 10 of 1979, 
• Gate, Fence and Frames Manufacturing Award, 
• Sheet Metal Workers' Award No. 10 of 1973, 
• Thermal Insulation Contracting Industry Award, and 
• Vehicle Builders' Award 1971.
