THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 28 April 2021 entitled the Main Roads AWU Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2021, as amended by the parties and filed on 13 July 2021 attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of the Main Roads AWU Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2018 which by operation of s 41(8) is hereby cancelled.
