HAVING heard from Mr R Knox on behalf of the Western Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union of Employees and Mr D Unsworth on behalf of the Shire of Waroona, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –
THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 23 July 2021 entitled the Shire of Waroona Outside Staff Collective Industrial Agreement 2021, attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of the Shire of Waroona Outside Staff Collective Industrial Agreement 2018 which by operation of s 41(8) is hereby cancelled.
