HAVING heard from Ms S Herford (of counsel) on behalf of the applicant, Mr A Sinanovic (of counsel), on behalf of the first respondent and Mr W Dicker-Lee on his own behalf, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) hereby orders –

1. THAT the first respondent provides a copy of the signed statement of evidence of Ms S Thomas annexed to the Investigation Report dated 26 March 2025 (investigation report) to the applicant’s representative.

2. THAT the first respondent provides a copy of the signed statement of evidence of Ms R Inglis annexed to the investigation report to the applicant’s representative.

3. THAT the balance of the annexures that form a part of the investigation report be provided to the applicant and the second respondent by 19 June 2026.

4. THAT there be liberty to apply.
