NOW THEREFORE, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby directs –
THAT by Friday, 8 May 2026, the applicant is to file the documents that she intends to rely upon at the Hearing, in a paginated bundle, with an index identifying the document by number, name, date and page numbers.
