WHEREAS this is an application pursuant to s 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) (IR Act) to register an industrial agreement;

AND WHEREAS I, the undersigned am satisfied that the agreement meets the requirements of the IR Act and that it should be registered;

AND HAVING heard from Mr P McCarney on behalf of the applicant and Mr J Theodorsen on behalf of the respondent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the IR Act, hereby orders –

THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Registry of the Commission on 11 July 2022 entitled School Education Act Employees’ (Teachers and Administrators) General Agreement 2021 as amended attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement with effect from 2 August 2022 in replacement of the School Education Act Employees’ (Teachers and Administrators) General Agreement 2019 which by operation of s 41(8) of the IR Act is hereby cancelled.
