Fees and Charges

Fees charged by the Commission are determined by the Governor pursuant to the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) and the Industrial Relations (General) Regulations 1997 (WA).

Key fees and charges are as follows:

Filing an unfair dismissal application, contractual benefit claim, application for an order to stop bullying or sexual harassment (or both), application for a stop bullying order, application for a stop sexual harassment order and/or a sexual harassment referral, application for referral of a public sector matter, except a matter relating to public sector redeployment and redundancy, and application for referral of flexible working arrangement dispute	$50
Transcript of Commission proceedings	$3.30 per page
Photocopy of exhibits or other documents	$0.22 per page
