  • Copies of documents and transcripts can be requested by contacting the Commission's Registry. The associated costs are detailed below.

  • Requested documents and transcripts can be collected from the Commission’s Registry, emailed or posted once payment has been received in full. We accept payment by cash, cheque or credit card. Credit card payments may be received over the phone by calling (08) 9420 4444.

  • Some files are available for viewing. Requests to book viewing times can be made by contacting the Commission’s Registry.
