THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 20 December 2023 entitled the Western Australia Police Force Auxiliary Officers Industrial Agreement 2022, attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of the Western Australia Police Force Auxiliary Officers Industrial Agreement 2020, which by operation of s 41(8) is hereby cancelled.
