WHEREAS on 15 February 2024, a Direction was issued in this matter ([2024] WAIRC 00074) to assist in drawing up a memorandum of the matters requiring hearing and determination;

AND WHEREAS on 23 February 2024, the applicant requested that the direction be vacated as the parties were engaged in informal discussions in an attempt to resolve matters the subject of these proceedings;

AND WHEREAS the Commission sought the views of the respondent on the request;

AND WHEREAS the respondent does not object to the request;

NOW THEREFORE, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), and by consent, hereby directs –

THAT the Direction issued on 15 February 2024 ([2024] WAIRC 00074) be and is hereby vacated.
