AND WHEREAS the Commission held a series of conciliation conferences in relation to the  application on 12 July, 25 July and 17 October 2023;

AND WHEREAS the parties have reached an agreement the application be dismissed by consent;

NOW THEREFORE, the Commission pursuant to the powers vested in it under s 27 of the IR Act hereby ORDERS –
