Order

HAVING heard from Mr A Trabelsi on his own behalf and Mrs M Hughes and Mr B Hughes on behalf of the respondent, the Commission pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) hereby orders –

1. THAT the Commission declares the applicant has been denied a benefit under his contract of employment that he was entitled to receive, being payment of the sum of $10,000 for the April – June 2022 quarter;

2. THAT the respondent is ordered to pay the applicant the sum of $10,000;

3. THAT the balance of the applicant’s claim being an order for the sum of $7,692.30 for the July – September 2022 quarter is dismissed.
