Stone (of Counsel) on behalf of the respondents and the Full Bench having reserved judgement on the matter and judgement being delivered on the 22nd day of June 1989 wherein the Full Bench unanimously dismissed the appeal and gave reasons therefore, it is this day, the 22nd day of June 1989 ordered that the appeal be dismissed.
