WHEREAS this is an application pursuant to s 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) to register an industrial agreement;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the application being determined on the papers;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the reference in clause 9.2.2 to ‘under 9.1.4’ being deleted by the Commission and substituted for ‘under 9.1.1’;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the reference in clause 6.5.3 to ‘in 6.4.2(d)’ being deleted by the Commission and substituted for ‘in 6.5.2(d)’;

AND WHEREAS I am satisfied that the agreement meets the requirements of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) and that it should be registered;

NOW THEREFORE the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under s 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –

THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 10 February 2025 entitled The State School Teachers’ Union of W.A. (Administrative Services Staff) and Western Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union of Employees Collective Agreement 2024 as amended and refiled on 20 March 2025 and amended by consent and attached to this order, be registered as an industrial agreement.
