HAVING heard from Ms Crawley on behalf of the  Western Australia Police Force and Mr Brinkman on behalf of the Western Australian Police Union of Workers, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders —

THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 20 March 2025 entitled the Western Australia Police Force Industrial Agreement 2024, as amended and filed on 1 May 2025 attached here to be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of the Western Australia Police Force Industrial Agreement 2022, which by operation of s 41(8) is cancelled.
