WHEREAS this is an application pursuant to s 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) to register an industrial agreement;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the application being determined on the papers;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the second reference to clause ‘23.4(b)’ being deleted by the Commission and substituted with clause ‘23.4(c)’;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the sub‑heading ‘Miscellaneous provisions relating to partner leave’ being deleted by the Commission and substituted with ‘42.32 Miscellaneous provisions relating to partner leave’;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the second reference to clause ‘45.7’ and the reference to clause ‘45.8’ being deleted by the Commission and substituted with clauses ‘45.8’ and ‘45.9’;

AND WHEREAS I am satisfied that the agreement meets the requirements of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) and that it should be registered;

NOW THEREFORE the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under s 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –

THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 4 April 2025 entitled Department of Education (Schools Support Officers) CSA Agreement 2024 as amended and refiled on 17 June 2025 and amended by consent and attached to this order, be registered as an industrial agreement, as a replacement agreement of the Department of Education (Schools Support Officers) CSA Agreement 2022, which by operation of s 41(8) of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) is hereby cancelled.
