WHEREAS this is an application pursuant to s 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) to register an industrial agreement;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the application being determined on the papers;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the reference in clause 35.2(e) to ‘Employees Partner’ being deleted by the Commission and substituted with ‘Employee’s Partner’;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the reference in clause 45.1(e) to ‘sregnancy leave’ being deleted by the Commission and substituted with ‘pregnancy leave’;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the reference in clause 52.4 to ‘Employermust’ being deleted by the Commission and substituted with ‘Employer must’;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the reference in Schedule 1 to ‘The Civil Service Association of Western Australia (Incorporated)’ being deleted by the Commission and substituted with ‘The Civil Service Association of Western Australia Incorporated’;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the formatting and font size and type in clauses 4.1(c), 13.3, 42.2, 42.7, 42.18, 44.25(f) and 44.26(a) being amended by the Commission;

AND WHEREAS I am satisfied that the agreement meets the requirements of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) and that it should be registered;

NOW THEREFORE the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under s 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –

THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 8 April 2025 entitled Department of Education (Residential College Supervisors) CSA Agreement 2024 as amended and refiled on 17 June 2025 and amended by consent and attached to this order, be registered as an industrial agreement, as a replacement agreement of the Department of Education (Residential College Supervisors) CSA Agreement 2021, which by operation of s 41(8) of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) is hereby cancelled.
