WHEREAS an error occurred in the Order dated Thursday, 23 March 2006 issued in APPL 421 of 2004, the Commission, in order to correct this error and pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979, hereby orders –
THAT the Order dated Thursday, 23 March 2006 issued in APPL 421 of 2004 be amended to read:
THAT the Cleaners and Caretakers (Car and Caravan Parks) Award No. 1975 be varied in accordance with the following schedule and that such variation shall have effect on and from 24 March 2006.
