THAT the Children's Services (Private) Award 2006 be varied in accordance with the following schedule and that such variations shall have effect from the beginning of the first period commencing on or after 2 April 2007.

SCHEDULE


Clause 10. – Meal Breaks and Allowances: Delete subclause (1) of this clause and insert the following in lieu thereof:

(1) Where an employee, without being notified on the previous day, is required to continue working after the usual ceasing time for two hours or more the employee shall be provided with a meal free of charge or be paid $8.95 for such meal.


And further, with the consent of the parties, the Commission records the following basis for variations:

For Expense Related Allowances:

· Clause 10. – Meal Breaks and Allowances has been varied for the CPI Meals Out and Take Away Food – Perth for the period December 2004 to June 2006 giving the percentage of 6.19%.
