WHEREAS the Commission, being of the opinion that the following employer named in the Funeral Directors’ Assistants’ Award No. 18 of 1962 no longer carries on business as an employer in the industry to which the award applies did give notice on the 2nd day of February 2009 of an intention to strike out that employer as a party to the award;
AND HAVING read and considered the documents relating to this matter there being no party desiring to be heard in opposition thereto, and upon being satisfied that the requirements of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (“the Act”) have been complied with, I, the undersigned, Chief Commissioner of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission, acting on my own motion in pursuance of the powers contained in section 47 of the Act, do hereby order and declare:
THAT from the date of this order,

be struck out of Schedule B – Respondents of the Funeral Directors’ Assistants’ Award No. 18 of 1962.
