HAVING heard Ms C Holmes on behalf of the respondents to the Award and Mr T Clark on behalf of the Liquor Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union, and by consent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 and in particular s 40B, hereby orders:

THAT the Miscellaneous Government Conditions and Allowances Award No A 4 of 1992 be varied in accordance with the following Schedule and that such variation shall have effect on and from the 4th day of February 2011.
