WHEREAS the Commission has before it an application pursuant to section 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 to register an agreement as an industrial agreement; and
WHEREAS I am satisfied that the agreement meets the requirements of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 and that it should be registered;
NOW I, the undersigned, pursuant to the powers conferred on me under section 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979, hereby register the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 20 January 2020 entitled Department of Education (School Support Officers) CSA Agreement 2019 attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of Department of Education (School Support Officers) CSA General Agreement 2017.
