NOW THEREFORE I, the undersigned, pursuant to the powers conferred on me under the Industrial Relations Act 1979, hereby orders –

THAT the order of Wednesday, 24 June 2020, 2020 WAIRC 00350, deposited in the office of the Registrar on Wednesday, 24 June 2020 be, and is hereby, corrected by:


1. removing the words in the attached schedule that varies Clause 13(2)(b):
“Primary – 22 hours and 10 minutes per week”

And inserting the words:

“Primary – 21 hours and 50 minutes per week”

2. removing the words in the attached schedule that varies Clause 14(1)(b):

“Primary – 220 minutes per week”

And inserting the words:

“Primary – 240 minutes per week”
