(1) THAT the applicant file further and better particulars of her claim by no later than 20 February 2023.
(2) THAT the respondent file her response by no later than 7 March 2023.
(3) THAT the applicant and respondent file an agreed statement of facts and bundle of agreed documents (if any) by no later than 21 March 2023.
(4) THAT evidence in chief in these matters be adduced by way of signed witness statements which will stand as the evidence in chief of their maker. Evidence in chief other than that contained in the witness statements may only be adduced by leave of the Full Bench.
(5) THAT the parties file any signed witness statements upon which they intend to rely by no later than 28 March 2023.
(6) THAT the applicant and respondent file an outline of submissions and any list of authorities upon which they intend to rely no later than five days prior to the date of hearing.
(7) THAT the matters be listed for hearing for two days on dates to be fixed.
(8) THAT the parties have liberty to apply on short notice.
