WHEREAS this is an application pursuant to s 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) to register an industrial agreement;

AND WHEREAS I, the undersigned, am satisfied that the agreement meets the requirements of the Act for registration and that it should be registered;

AND HAVING heard from Ms Verne and Mr Rowe on behalf of the applicant and Ms Zuvelek on behalf of the respondent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –

1.  THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Registry of the Commission on 1 May 2025 as amended entitled Department of Communities (Child Protection) CSA Agreement 2024 attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement with effect from 11 June 2025.

2.  THAT the Department of Communities (Family Support Officers) CSA Agreement 2022 is, by operation of s 41(8) of the Act cancelled with effect from 11 June 2025.
