1. THAT the parties file any statement of agreed facts and bundle of agreed documents by no later than 4:00 P.M. on 29 August 2025;
2. THAT the applicant file:
(a) any outlines of witness evidence and any documents which are not agreed documents; and
(b) an outline of written submissions and list of authorities, upon which it intends to rely by no later than 4:00 P.M on 26 September 2025;
3. THAT the respondent file:
(a) any outlines of witness evidence and any documents which are not agreed documents; and
(b) an outline of written submissions and list of authorities,
upon which it intends to rely by 4:00 P.M. on 24 October 2025;
4. THAT the applicant is to file any outlines of witness evidence and any documents upon which it intends to rely upon in reply by no later than 4.00 P.M. on 31 October 2025;
5. THAT the matter is to be listed for a hearing of up to two days on a date to be fixed not before 6 November 2025;
6. THAT discovery be informal, and
7. THAT the parties have liberty to apply on short notice.
