WHEREAS a ‘slip’ error occurred in the direction ([2025] WAIRC 00852) that was deposited in the office of the Registrar on 14 October 2025; and
NOW THEREFORE, the Commission, in order to correct this order, and pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –
1. THAT Order 1. ‘THAT the applicant file and serve any sworn affidavits, upon which they intend to rely by no later than 4.00 pm Tuesday, 14 October 2025’ be replaced with ‘THAT the applicant file and serve any sworn affidavits, upon which they intend to rely by no later than 5.00 pm Tuesday, 14 October 2025’;
2. THAT Order 2. ‘THAT the respondent file and serve any sworn affidavits, upon which they intend to rely by no later than 4.00 pm Wednesday, 15 October 2025’ be replaced with ‘THAT the respondent file and serve any sworn affidavits, upon which they intend to rely by no later than 5.00 pm Wednesday, 15 October 2025.
