HAVING heard the appellant on his own behalf and Mr C Fordham of counsel and later Mr L Davies of counsel on behalf of the respondent, the Full Bench, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –

(1) THAT the appellant’s Form 1A application filed on 19 September 2025 for an extension of time to file and serve the appeal book be and is hereby granted.

(2) THAT the time for filing of the appeal book in the herein appeal be and is hereby extended to 22 September 2025.

(3) THAT the appellant serve the respondent with a stamped copy of the appeal book within 48 hours of it being returned to him for service.
