WHEREAS an error occurred in the Order dated Wednesday, 2 March 2005 issued in APPL 1295 of 2004, the Commission, in order to correct this error and pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979, hereby orders –

1. Clause 1. – Title: Delete this clause and insert the following in lieu thereof:

1. - TITLE

This award shall be known as the Miscellaneous Government Conditions and Allowances Award No A 4 of 1992.
