(1) THAT observance of rules 34, 35 and 36 of the current registered rules of the respondent be waived in relation to the election of office bearers of the respondent.

(2) THAT the current office holders of the respondent hold office until 11:59pm on 31 December 2022.

(3) THAT the parties have liberty to apply on short notice.
