Order

WHEREAS this is an application made pursuant to s 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) (the Act) to register an industrial agreement (application);

AND WHEREAS I am satisfied that the City of Greater Geraldton Industrial Agreement 2023 - 2026 (agreement) meets the requirements of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) and that it should be registered;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the application being determined on the papers;

NOW THEREFORE, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Act, and by consent, hereby orders –

1. THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Registry of the Commission on 21 May 2025 as amended and titled the City of Greater Geraldton Industrial Agreement 2023 - 2026, that is attached to this order, be registered as an industrial agreement with effect from the date of this order.
2. THAT the City of Greater Geraldton Industrial Agreement 2023 – 2026 replaces the City of Greater Geraldton Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2023, which by operation of s 41(8) of the Act is hereby cancelled.
