WHEREAS a ‘slip’ error occurred in the Order ([2025] WAIRC 00831) that was deposited in the office of the Registrar on 6 October 2025; and

NOW THEREFORE the Commission, in order to correct this error, and pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –

 THAT the order be amended to read:

THAT the Electronics Industry Award No. A 22 of 1985 be varied to remove UP Engineering Company Australia Pty Ltd (trading as New Era Electro Service (WA)) from the First Schedule – Schedule of Respondents and that the variations shall have effect from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after the date of this order.
